WarmSpeech gives you full control over your personal information. You can access, export, or delete your data at any time.

Access Your Data

View all the personal information we have stored about you, including your profile, conversation history, and account settings.

Download Your Data

Coming Soon

Export your entire conversation history, coaching feedback, and account information in a portable JSON format. This includes:

• All practice conversations and transcripts

• Coaching feedback and recommendations

• Account settings and preferences

• Usage analytics and session data

This feature is currently in development. Contact us at privacy@warmspeech.com to request a data export.

Delete Your Data

Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted:

• Your profile and account information

• All conversation history and transcripts

• Coaching feedback and analytics

• Stored preferences and settings

Note: Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

Conversation Storage

Choose whether to save your practice conversations. When disabled, conversations are only stored temporarily for the current session.

Audio Recording

By default, WarmSpeech transcribes your voice and immediately discards the raw audio. You can optionally enable audio storage for voice playback features.

Analytics and Improvements

Help improve WarmSpeech by sharing anonymized usage data. This includes feature usage patterns and performance metrics, but never includes your conversation content.

Email Notifications

Control what emails you receive from WarmSpeech, including product updates, coaching tips, and account notifications.

Data Retention

Understand how long WarmSpeech keeps your information.

Active Account

Your data is stored as long as your account is active and you have storage enabled.

After Account Deletion

When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

Anonymized Data

Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (with no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvements and research.
